Students
If you are a student studying at Falmouth or Exeter University, please visit University Wellbeing Team website who have links with the GP surgery mental health support system.
Struggling with anxiety, stress or low mood but are managing to do the things you need to do, please consider accessing our local NHS psychological therapies, or a service listed below.
AFTER reading the information document called When discussion with the GP is likely to be important, please complete a Klinik form on our home page, using the ‘New health problem’ or ‘Ongoing Health Problem’. If this is an ongoing problem, please tell us in the Klinik form, the last clinician you spoke to, continuity is important to us as it helps to provide a smooth care journey for our patients. Please explain the nature of your issues.
Ongoing mental health problem with Wellbeing/Mental Health Team involvement – Please contact the wellbeing team member you have been seeing.

We will endeavour to book you a contact with the same clinician but please be aware this is not always possible due to several factors.

Talking Therapies (Previously Outlook SouthWest)
Talking Therapies is a free NHS service for anyone over 16 that you can self-refer to without speaking to a GP. They can help with a variety of problems including Anxiety, Low Mood and Stress amongst other things, providing services such as CBT. Have a look at their website and self refer.

- Available 24/7, for anyone aged over 16 it is flexible enough to fit in around increasingly busy lifestyles.
- Quick to access and easy to use.

SilverCloud is an online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programme which allows you to complete therapy in your own time and at your own pace.
It offers secure and immediate access to a range of mental health and wellbeing programmes which you work through, using your computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

This is a free service for anyone over the age of 18. Our community is a safe place where you can talk about how you’re feeling and connect with others. Open 24/7 You’ll always have someone to connect with, day or night.
