Promas Caring for People
Promas Caring for People provide 1 and 2 day courses locally to help informal carers with coping strategies and managing stress in a caring role. These sessions are FREE and they aim to support carers who find themselves unprepared for a role they take on through love, often with no training or experience. They offer a carer’s break, where you can drop off a loved one and know they will be fully supported and cared for.
